14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all SkyStream products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your return request must be initiated no later than the 14th day following delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Condition for Full Refund
For a full refund to be processed, all original accessories that came with your SkyStream device must be included in the return package. This includes, but is not limited to, the power supply, remote control, HDMI cable, and quick start guide. Missing accessories may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.
Product Malfunctions and Replacements
In the rare event that your SkyStream device experiences a malfunction, SkyStream Technologies will replace the product with a new one at no additional cost to you. This replacement policy is covered under our standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you believe your device is malfunctioning.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 5-10 business days.
