We are pleased to offer both domestic (within the United States) and international shipping to bring the SkyStream experience to customers worldwide.

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of receiving your order and after payment has successfully cleared. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
•Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling $99 USD or more.
•Standard Shipping: For orders under $99, standard shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
•Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) for domestic shipments.
•P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Yes, we proudly ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.
4. International Shipping
•Shipping Costs: International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
•Delivery Timeframes: International delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination country's customs procedures and local postal services. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
•Shipping Carriers: We primarily use DHL for international shipments.
